How to Make Coconut Whipped Cream

This vegan coconut whipped cream whips up fast, needing only three ingredients and five minutes of your time. Use it to top all your favourite foods!
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk, chilled overnight in the fridge
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  1. Remove the canned coconut from fridge. Open can and carefully scoop out the hardened cream into a small metal bowl. Be sure to avoid the watery layer that will be near the bottom of the can.
  2. Add the vanilla and agave nectar to the bowl.
  3. Mix on high for about 1 minute using a handheld mixture.
  4. Use to top all your favourite fodos - from desserts to fresh fruit to breakfast - it's great on everything!
