  • 2½ cups large flake oats, gluten-free
  • 1 cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup enjoy life chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¾ cup brown rice syrup

  5. Place in refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Once firm, cut into evenly sized bars.
Preparation time does not include refrigeration time necessary to set the bars.
